Sources
Events are checked with official organisers, venues, public bodies or approved structured feeds wherever possible. Social posts and third-party aggregators remain leads until an official source confirms the facts.
Labelling
Every factual event page shows its source and last verification date. Unsupported fields remain blank and are never presented as confirmed. A date-only record may appear when an official source confirms the event day and the page explicitly identifies the details still missing.
Images and rights
A real archive photograph is used only when its licence or permission for GayBayern is documented. Images found through a search engine are not copied without reuse rights. Editorial AI scenes are labelled directly beside the image and are never presented as photographs of the listed event.
Automation
GayBayern Radar detects changes and prepares evidence-backed proposals. New events and sensitive changes to dates, times, venues or cancellation status require human review.
Corrections
Traceable corrections create a version and audit record. Legitimate organisers can correct or claim a listing free of charge.
