Order and activation
A binding server quote identifies the product, schedule, placement and price. Activation requires valid payment, approved creative, available inventory and valid dates. Payment does not buy editorial endorsement.
Creative review
GayBayern may reject unlawful, misleading, rights-infringing or technically unsafe advertising. Third-party HTML, JavaScript, pixels and cloaked destinations are prohibited.
Measurement
Reports are first-party and not independently audited. Impressions or results are not guaranteed.
