If a prepaid campaign is rejected, the refund or credit rule shown in the binding quote applies. Refunds and credits are recorded in the advertiser account.
Cancellation and duration
Cancellation, renewal and subscription rules are shown before purchase. Delivered duration or editorial work may be accounted for. Campaigns end on the agreed date.
Delivery failures
For verified material under-delivery, GayBayern may offer replacement time, proportional credit or refund.
